Maraflex FX is a very flexible, satin-matt and solvent-based screen printing ink for the printing and manufacturing of identity cards, smart cards, club cards, and other laminated industrial parts such as printed car badges. Besides the standard colour shades and a press-ready Silver, many more bronze formulas can be ordered as a special production. Other special products such as writable White or Varnish, IR-penetrable, or colour shades for lasers, lamination aids for offset inks and gloss varnishes are available on request. FX is also suitable for printing sheets made of rigid PVC, PETG or PETA. Highly versatile special purpose ink for the screen printing of personal plastic cards (e.g. cheque cards, credit cards, and membership cards). Can be laminated and embossed and is therefore also suitable for use on soft PVC materials such as watch strap. Matte, durable surface finish, with high coverage capacity. Can be overprinted by the offset process. Dries rapidly while reproducing fine details perfectly.
